Medicinal air plants
The medical air is produced from the ambient air, it is compressed and purified to be distributed in the centralized network which feeds the two pressure levels : a pressure level at 4 bar called “medical air” and a level of pressure at 7 bar named “instrumental air”.
We offer two technologies : oilless compressors and lubricated compressors.
The medical air must respect a strict quality level : air quality complying with European pharmacopoeia.
HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR 1/2
HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR 1 and 2 medicinal air plants can be equipped with up to two oilless scroll compressors. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control of the system is done by electronic control board.
These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.
HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK
The HOSPITAIR SCOLAIR PACK medicinal air plans are equipped with two or three production sources. The oilless spiral compression heads are fixed on a sliding support to facilitate maintenance access. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control of the system is done by electronic control board.
These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.
HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK D
The HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR PACK D medicinal air plans are equipped with two or three production sources. The air treatment system is assembled with two SEC 7HC adsorption air dryers mounted in duplex. The control of the system is done by electronic control board.

HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR G
HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR G medicinal air plans are equipped with dry scroll compressors. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control unit is done by electronic control board.

HOSPITAIR 1/2
The HOSPITAIR 1 or 2 in version 10 or 15 bar medicinal air plans, are equipped with lubricated piston compressors. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control unit is done by electronic control board.
These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.
HOSPITAIR G
HOSPITAIR G medicinal air plans are available with 2 types of technology: lubricated piston compressors (15 bar) or lubricated screw compressors (11 or 15 bar). The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. Several electronic control board can be used for regulation.

HOSPITAIR PACK
HOSPITAIR PACK in version 11 or 15 bar medicinal air plans are equipped with lubricated screw compressors. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control unit is done by electronic controller.

HOSPITAIR HYPERBARE
HOSPITAIR HYPERBARE medicinal air plans are equipped with lubricated screw compressors. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. Filtration at the outlet of the network is mounted, it includes a particulate filter of very large flow. Several control automats can equip power plants, whether electromechanical or electronic.

HOSPITAIR C
HOSPITAIR C medicinal air plans in the 11 or 15 bar version are equipped with lubricated screw compressors. Housed in a composite cabin, they are designed for outdoor installation. They are resistant to different climatic conditions, and are assembled with an air conditioning and heating system with energy recovery. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control unit is done by electronic control board.
